Cancellation and Refund

At Riyavat Ethnic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please review our policy below:

Return / Exchange Window
✔ You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged Items
✔ If your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Refuse the package and contact us immediately at riyavatethnic@gmail.com or via WhatsApp for quick assistance.

Returns
✔ You can initiate a return directly from your tracking page.
✔ Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
✔ Once your parcel reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges
✔ To request an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
✔ You may exchange your product for another item of equal or lesser value.
✔ For items of higher value, we’ll issue a coupon code equal to your refundable amount. You can then place a new order and pay the difference.
